Louisiana fugitive arrested in Lock Haven
Lock Haven, Pa. — Police arrested a Louisiana fugitive in Clinton County. Christopher James Kelley, 32, was stopped by police for a traffic violation on the 200 block of Woodward Ave, in Lock Haven. Kelley was found to have an outstanding warrant for a drug offense out of the Jefferson Parrish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana, according to a release from the Woodward Township Police Department. Kelley was taken into custody, charged for being a fugitive from justice, according to the release from Woodward Township Police Department. He is currently at the Clinton County Correctional Facility awaiting extradition to Louisiana.

Man dead following shooting on East Texas Street in Bossier City
BOSSIER CITY, La. - Bossier City Police responded to a shots fired call along the 1600 block of East Texas Street Saturday evening. Officers found one person suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was sent to Ochsner LSU where he died. The shooting remains under investigation.

MARSHALL – The Marshall Police Department said that two people were arrested Thursday after a driver-by shooting.
