Mansfield Senior 6, Highland 2

The Mansfield Senior Tygers picked up a season-opening victory on Friday night knocking off Highland 6-2 in nonconference action.

Meredeth Rizzo had a standout game with three goals and one assist while Claire Basilone added one goal and one assist, Lilly Colarosa and Lamy'yah Lindsay had one goal apiece and Annaleise Norris rounded out the stats with three assists.

The Tygers are 1-0 and host Tiffin Columbian on Wednesday.
