Renderings Revealed for 901 North Penn Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia
Renderings have been revealed for a large new multi-family development located at 901 North Penn Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Designed by HDO Architecture, the new building will rise seven stories and contain 193 residential units. The ground level will feature 75 parking spaces, with two being ADA spaces and four designated for electric vehicles, along with 65 bike spaces. In total, the building will span 189,229 square feet of space.

A recent retail theft at an Acme is being investigated by Bensalem Police and they are asking for the public’s help in identifying the alleged suspect. Bensalem Police say they are investigating a retail theft at the Acme located at 2301 Bristol Road on July 24, 2024. It was reported that an unknown white male entered the store at approximately 1 p.m. and stole seven cases of Twisted Tea Lights, valuing $134.00. The actor then fled on foot without paying for the merchandise.
Parents Face New Charges in the Death of 12-Year-Old Malinda Hoagland
WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County District Attorney’s Office announced additional charges this week in the tragic case of 12-year-old Malinda Hoagland’s death. Her father, Rendell Hoagland, 52, and his partner, Cindy Warren, 45, of West Caln Township, now face charges of First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, Third Degree Murder, Involuntary Servitude, and other related offenses. Both defendants remain in custody without bail at Chester County Prison. Prosecutors have stated their intention to seek the death penalty.
