Idiots the problem with this is landlords continue to raise prices on rent. The water company charges way too much. $40.00 for water to soak into the ground. Water from the gutters is $25.00 . Please tell me what in God's name does water soaking into the ground have to do with MSD. And, before anyone says they to fix problems with the drainage ditch I have lived in the same house for 12 years when they first put them in. The only person I see doing anything with that ditch is me when I have to mow it. I don't see MSD out here mowing it. So what is the $40.00 for?
