Man found shot to death inside vehicle on Eastex Freeway
Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Monday morning on the Eastex Freeway, northbound feeder road. Deputies responded to the scene at the 2900 block of the Eastex Freeway and discovered a man in a vehicle who had sustained gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The suspect or suspects fled the scene before deputies arrived.
Man Fatally Stabbed in Northwest Houston Apartment, No Arrests as Investigation Continues
Tragedy struck in northwest Houston last weekend when a confrontation inside an apartment escalated to deadly violence, resulting in one man's death and a woman being hospitalized. According to the Houston Chronicle, the incident took place at around 10:48 p.m. on Saturday at an apartment located at 7740 W. Little York Road. Authorities have identified the victim as 35-year-old Dominique Richardson.
