CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cuyahoga residents who have not yet received a letter about changes in their property value should contact the county for a copy. The county has been mailing out the new appraisal letters over the last two weeks, showing home values increasing an average 32%. Residents were being instructed to use the new and old valuation figures to estimate changes to their property tax bills next year.
