Your letters: Husband of Marathon County clerk candidate stumps for his wife

I am writing to express my unwavering support for my wife, Kim Trueblood, in her campaign for Marathon County clerk. Over the last 30 years of marriage, which we will celebrate this month, I have had the privilege of witnessing first hand her exceptional qualities and extensive experience that make her the ideal candidate for this important position.

Kim Trueblood is a dedicated and hardworking individual who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for serving our community. Her years of experience as a teacher, an office manager, a volunteer, church member and school aide have equipped her with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role of county clerk. Her kindness, compassion, integrity and perseverance have been recognized everywhere she has served. She has a no-nonsense heart that loves her God, her family, this county and this nation.

Since assuming the role of Marathon County clerk in 2019, she has continually demonstrated her commitment to continued improvement and learning. Her professionalism and commitment to excellence make her a trustworthy and competent leader. Kim Trueblood has demonstrated all of the qualities deserving of your vote on Aug. 13.
