Richmond's Slingshot Social Game Club has been sold

WRIC 8 News reported that Slingshot Social Game Club, located at 3301 W. Clay Street, Richmond, Virginia 23230, has been sold and is being remodeled.

The identity of the new owners has not been released, but a spokesperson said:

“The new owners have a new vision and plan for the space. We thank our patrons who have supported us over the years!”

Slingshot offered a variety of games, including duckpin, bocce, Skee-Ball, and arcade games. It also offered food and drinks, with 42 craft beers, ciders, and wine on tap. However, the new owners might make changes to the games, food, and drinks.

According to Slingshot’s website, the bar was introduced to Richmond’s nightlife with its flagship, The Circuit Arcade Bar, which closed last year.

Slingshot has two locations out of state, one in Atlanta, Georgia, and the other in Charlotte, North Carolina.
