A WOMAN who confronted Kylie Kelce has broken her silence on the viral incident.
The statement came after a video showed the wife of NFL legend Jason Kelce engaged in an argument outside a restaurant on Memorial weekend.
This footage showed a woman “harassing” the couple after she was denied a photo with them, according to an onlooker.
"I don't give a f*** who you are, you'll never be allowed in this town again!" the fan was heard saying in the video.
"I can smell the alcohol on your breath," Kylie Kelce was heard telling the disgruntled fan.
"You're embarrassing yourself."
Jason appeared to take a back seat in the encounter.
This woman, who identified herself as Andreé Goldberg from New Jersey, has since apologized for her actions, according to ABC affiliate WPVI-TV.
"In a heated moment, I said things that were out of character for me and that I regret and for that, I am sorry," she said.
The incident occurred in Margate City, New Jersey, just south of Atlantic City.
Goldberg’s statement also mentioned the city where the argument took place.
"My anger, and my actions, are not who I am, and certainly not indicative of the welcoming community of Margate,” she said.
“As an adult and proud member of my community, I should have recognized and respected their right to privacy from the onset.
“I am deeply appreciative of the grace and understanding shown to me by the Kelces and wish them nothing but the best.”
This came as the mayor of Margate City, Michael Collins, apologized to the Kelce couple, The U.S. Sun has previously reported.
"On behalf of the City of Margate, I’d like to formally apologize to Jason & Kylie Kelce for the experience they had in Margate City over the holiday weekend," Collins said on Facebook.
'It was a short retirement!'
Jason Kelce didn't stay retired in the NFL for long.
The former Philadelphia Eagles lineman called it quits after the 2023 season.
But he will be part of ESPN's coverage on Monday Night Football in 2024.
Kelce will appear on Monday Night Countdown from 6pm-8pm ET every week as well as during the halftime show.
“Turns out, it was a short retirement!" he joked.
"ESPN was a consistent presence in our household growing up and the network helped shape who I am and my love of all sports.
"To now appear on that same screen is a full circle moment.
"And, I mean it’s freaking Monday Night Football! and I’m ready for some football."
The mayor also invited the family out to dinner following the incident.
"As a father with young children, I know as well as anyone the importance of a date night with your wife and would like to offer a redo date night with dinner on me," he added.
