🔪 How to Make Layered Halloween Shots
Making these Halloween shots is so easy. While it does take a little time due to the chill time, they don’t take a lot of prep work and will look great at your next Halloween party.
Step 1: Bloom the gelatin
In a medium-sized bowl, add the water, sprinkle the Gelatin on the top, and allow it to bloom, following the directions on the package. Stir well to blend.
Step 2: Add the vodka
Add the Vodka, and stir again into the gelatin mixture.
Step 3: Color the gelatin
Divide the Gelatin into three smaller bowls. In one bowl, add the Orange Food Coloring Gel.
Step 4: Make the black layer
In one of the other bowls, add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, and in the last bowl, add the Black Food Coloring Gel.
Step 5: Add the first layer to the shot glasses
Fill the shot glasses 1/3 full with the Black Gelatin, and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, until the Gelatin has set up.
Step 6: Add the white layer
After the Gelatin has set, remove it from the Refrigerator, and add the White layer, filling another 1/3 of the shot glass, making it 2/3 full. Place the shot glasses back in the Refrigerator for 1 hour to let the White Layer set.
Step 7: Add the orange layer
Remove the shot glasses when the White layer is set, fill the rest of the way with the Orange layer, and place back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Step 8: Garnish before serving
When ready to serve, add Whipped Cream to the top of the Glasses, and sprinkle Halloween Sprinkles, and M&M’s on the top to decorate. Serve, and Enjoy!
