Greek Out at the Tacoma Greek Festival

    2023-10-03

Gyros, spanakopita, souvlaki, baklava, and pastries are just some of the fabulous and authentic Greek foods you’ll find at the 60th annual Tacoma Greek Festival. With lots of food booths, appetizers made in the church kitchen, and a Coffee Shop and Bakery, you won’t go hungry. Greek beer will also be available if you get thirsty.

You’ll also find traditional Greek dancing from the St. Nicholas Dancers, and booths with Greek merchandise. It’s a great opportunity to explore the culture.

The festival is held at the St. Nicholas Greek Church, an orthodox church founded nearly 100 years ago by Greek immigrants. Tours of the church are being offered during the festival.

The festival is free to attend, and takes place from October 6th through the 8th, from 11 am to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday. The church is located at 1523 S. Yakima Avenue in Tacoma.
