Huge Greenwood Car Show This Saturday

The biggest car show in the Pacific Northwest, and a long Seattle tradition, takes places this Saturday, June 29^th in the Greenwood neighborhood.

Over 20 blocks of Greenwood Ave. are closed off to traffic for the Greenwood Car ShowGreenwood Car Show, with vintage and specialty cars lining both sides of the street. Wear comfortable walking shoes because there’s a lot to take in. Over a thousand vehicles are typically on display and car clubs from all over the region participate.

There will be two beer gardens, at N 85^th Street and N 75^th Street, and plenty of food vendors, but Greenwood Ave. is packed with lots of great eateries and shops, so you’ll have plenty of choices if you want to go inside and sit somewhere.

A stage with live music will be at N 79^th Street, and that’s where awards will be given near the end of the day. The car show runs from 9 am to 5 pm.
