The Stuttgart Planning Commission voted to annex 242 acres of industrial and residential property into the city limits during its regular meeting Tuesday night. Bethany Hildebrand, executive director of the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce, spoke on behalf of the Stuttgart Industrial Development Corporation (SIDC), an arm of the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce.
