The most expensive home sold in Maricopa from May 10 to June 9 fetched $640,000 May 31.

This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 40866 W Parkhill Drive in The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado has an open-concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The lakefront backyard boasts a covered patio, firepit, pool, dock and sizable turf lawn.

It sold for $9,000 below list price, and $10,000 less than last month’s priciest home sold.
