West Phoenix Arsonist Sentenced, Osman Perez Vazquez to Serve 4 Years Following String of Fires
Arson has rocked the community of West Phoenix as local authorities report Osman Perez Vazquez's sentencing for setting ablaze two houses in the area. Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell underscored the severity of such acts, stating, "These types of cases are challenging to prosecute and require a specific set of skills. I commend Deputy County Attorney Jonathan Hutcheson for holding this offender accountable," according to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
