MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. — A man has died after he was found inside a burning house Tuesday night in Sun City West. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office was dispatched at about 9 p.m. to reports of a house fire near Rico Drive and Black Gold Lane.
