Acworth Man Accused of Sexual Exploitation of a Child

Daniel Joseph Darius, 29, of Acworth, is accused of uploading two images and a seven-second video of juvenile girls engaged in sexually explicit conduct to a server belonging to Google on Aug. 3 at midnight at a residence at 570 Delphinium Boulevard in Acworth, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

Darius is charged with three counts of child – sexual exploitation of a child. He was arrested July 11 at 5:10 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

Darius remains in custody without bond.
