Campus News: The Week of Aug. 17

The following Marietta students were accepted into the Honors College at the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina: Sprayberry High School graduates Kasey Cross, who major in Psychology, and Lita Fuemmeler, who will major in Biochemistry.Hannah Poguntke of Kennesaw was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Poguntke was initiated at Kennesaw State University.Cohl Husbands of Marietta graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. Husbands received a B.A. in Quantitative Economics.
