Fire Engulfs Mableton Home
A Mableton home was damaged after a fire broke out Wednesday, according to Cobb Fire. Investigators say all occupants escaped without injury. Firefighters were called to the scene of the blaze on the 57,000 block of Registry Oaks Lane in Mableton. Cobb Fire Battalions 1 and 2 spent 30 minutes searching the home and extinguishing the flames. During this time, firefighters were also protecting adjacent homes from catching fire.
