    Homeless Man Accused of Stabbing Another Man

    Joshua Kaleb Nation, 38, who is listed as being homeless, is accused of stabbing a man twice in the back on June 29 at 8 p.m. at 1350 Atlanta Road in Marietta, near the intersection of Austell Road, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

    The victim was found in a nearby business asking for help and stating that he had been stabbed. After an investigation in a neighboring business, police found that a verbal altercation turned physical. Nation admitted during an interrogation that he had stabbed the victim, according to the warrant.

    Nation is charged with aggravated assault weapon and battery substantial physical harm. He was arrested June 29 at 7:52 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

    Nation remains in custody without bond.
