LCM (50 meters) Annika Parkhe swam to another best time in Minneapolis as she swam to a 55.02 in the 100 freestyle. That was faster than her previous best of a 55.53 from summer 2022. This marked her 2nd best time of the meet after also swimming a 1:59.10 in the 200 free last night. Parkhe’s success bodes well for her arrival at Stanford this fall.

The Twins released veteran reliever Jay Jackson, relays Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic. The righty had been outrighted last month and wasn’t on the 40-man roster.
