MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) - A Morgantown man was arrested after deputies said he assaulted a woman and would not allow her to call 911. Mathew Rolon, 50, is accused of choking the woman, hitting her and hitting her face against a cupboard and microwave during the incident on Friday, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
