Hazardous waste collection coming to Central Illinois in September
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — If you have hazardous waste, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is making it easier for you to get rid of it. The Illinois EPA is hosting numerous hazardous waste collections in partnership with local governments this fall. On Sept. 28, you can get rid of your waste at McLean County Fairgrounds in Bloomington.

Father arrested after daughter dies in 2023 two-vehicle crash in Kentucky
CARLISLE COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A Bardwell man is in custody after being indicted on charges including murder related to a fatal two-vehicle crash in 2023. On July 18, Kentucky State Police presented a case to the Carlisle County Grand Jury. According to the Carlisle County Sheriff’s Office, the case was in reference to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision that occurred on May 21, 2023, at the intersection of US Highway 62 and KY Highway 307.
