TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Two people are in custody after a standoff in southwest Topeka, Kan. Authorities confirmed they have two people in custody following a standoff. Shawnee Co. Sheriff Brian Hill tells 13 NEWS the situation began as authorities tried to contact a person wanted for a felony warrant.
