Car, van shows come to Lincoln County
Fans of classic cars and vans had their choice of shows they could attend in south Lincoln County last weekend.Happy's Inn hosted its annual classic car show pitting Lincoln and Flathead counties against each other.Flathead County came out the winner in 2024.Van lovers headed to the first Northwest Regional meet at Timberlane Campground outside of Libby.Event organizers said the Northwest regional will rotate annually to a different established location each year with the first one hosted in Montana. Missoula group seeking plastic ban fundraising for signature gathering
(Missoula Current) A push to place a proposed ban on single-use plastics before Missoula voters this November must raise more than 8,400 signatures over the coming weeks. To do that, Plastic Free Missoula is looking to raise money to pay a team of signature gatherers. This week, it launched a GoFundMe account to raise $20,000.
