Where do you usually spend the summer season?

In Texas, there is so much to see and enjoy during the winter, autumn, spring, and summer seasons. The temperature starts rising in June and high humidity remains there till August. Many of my friends prefer going to cold areas, but I don't think it is needed because Texas' top cities like Houston and Austin have more than enough to do in every season.

Like Los Angeles and New York, Austin has a good reputation for being a city that welcomes tourists from across the globe. What about the summer heat? Well, this city always has something unique to offer no matter what season is there.

If you have decided to not get bored this summer, here is how you can enjoy time in this part of Texas.

1. You can bring your children to Barton Springs Pool, which is a perfect recreational pool to avoid the summer heat. There is so much water in the pool, and the exact location is on the grounds of Zilker Park. You can find the pool within Barton Creek, and it is one of the coolest places in Texas to visit during summer days.
2. You can explore the real beauty of Austin once you visit Mount Bonnell. It is present down the street from the Laguna Gloria and once you reach there, you will see some amazing and unique things. The city view itself is remarkable. You can specifically take the path around for a 360° view.
3. On the Colorado River of Austin, you will find a river-like reservoir called Lady Bird Lake. It was created years ago and is a cooling pond worth your time.
