When it comes to exploring the beauty of Texas, there are so many places. This American state is specifically famous for its waterfalls like the one present at Hamilton Pool Preserve, different state parks, incredible beaches, Big Bend, and bluebonnet fields.

It can be difficult to decide where to go with family and have quality time together. To ease your search, I am going to talk about several Texas gardens that will definitely catch your attention and the attention of your family members due to their beauty. Let's get started.

1. Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is spread over an area of 66 acres. This beautiful botanical garden is present at 8525 Garland Road in East Dallas, Texas, and you will find it on the southeastern shore of White Rock Lake. The garden has some of the most incredible sections, such as The Trammell Crow Visitor Education Pavilion and Entry Plaza, A Woman’s Garden, Margaret Elisabeth Jonsson Color Garden, and The Nancy Rutchik Red Maple Rill.

2. Fort Worth Botanic Garden

It is one of my favorite gardens to visit with family. The Fort Worth Botanic Garden is situated at 3220 Botanic Garden Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas, and was founded in the 19th century. It features Back Yard Vegetable Garden, Four Seasons Garden, Fragrance Garden, Lower Rose Garden, Native Texas Boardwalk, Perennial Garden, Rock Springs, and Water Wise Entrance.

3. Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center

This botanical garden is at The University of Texas at Austin and is known to have hundreds of native plant species. You can find flowering and non-flowering plants in the garden and in its natural settings. You can plan a trip there with your family or if you are a teacher, you might like to bring your students to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
