Rainy weather is set to return to the D.C. area on Monday, with cloudy skies and scattered showers and thunderstorms expected. High temperatures will reach the mid-80s, so keep your umbrella or rain jacket handy, as you’ll need them at times, according to 7News First Alert Meteorologist Brian van de Graaff.
