Wanted Illinois man with 'violent tendencies' spotted in Louisa Ky., police say
LOUISA, Ky. (WCHS) — Louisa police are seeking assistance in locating a wanted individual who is known to have “violent tendencies.”. William George Simmons, 31, of Illinois, was described by Louisa Police Department as being a Black male, 5’8”, 210 lbs, black hair, brown eyes and having multiple face tattoos, according to a post by the department.

The number of hate and anti-government groups in Kentucky doubled since 2022, according to an annual report published by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
