Tickets now on sale for Beacon House’s Reverse Draw Raffle Party

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WJMN) – The Mariucci Family Beacon House is getting ready for their next fundraiser Labor Day weekend.

It’s a ‘Reverse Draw Raffle Party’ on Sunday, September 1 from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Blackrocks Brewery in Marquette.

Here’s how it works:

• 250 Raffle Tickets will be sold, and the last ticket drawn at the event will win $5,000 cash.
• If your ticket is drawn early, you can enter the “Rebound Bowl” for an additional $20. The first ticket drawn from there will win $1,000 cash.

“Our Reverse Draw Raffle Party is one of our favorite things,” said Mary Tavernini Dowling, CEO, Mariucci Family Beacon House. “We’ve been doing this for, gosh, I think 10 years now. The one thing that we keep running out of here is food. So whatever fundraisers we do, they generally are going toward helping us to keep the refrigerator stocked, the pantries full.”

Tickets are $100 dollars each and every ticket purchase receives two tokens for beverages and/or lunch from the Burger Bus.
