APD’s new body-worn camera policy takes effect Monday
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - After Friday’s Assembly work session, the Anchorage Police Department now plans to implement its new body-worn camera policy starting on Monday. The policy outlines the release of footage from officer-involved shootings within 45 days, and creates a streamlined process to allow for family viewing of footage within 14 days.
