Jennifer Elliott arrested on warrant at Maple Leaf Trailer Park in LaPaz
Marshall County Police arrested a resident at the Maple Leaf Trailer Park in LaPaz after being tipped off that a female with a warrant was living there. At approximately 5:30 pm, the Marshall County Detective Division, along with Officer Prater obtained information that Jennifer J. Elliott, 48, was residing in a residence at Maple Leaf Trailer Park.
Ramirez arrested on multiple charges including breaking and entering
Marshall County Police investigated the report of a forcible entry at LaPaz Commons on Tuesday, July 25th. At approximately 3:00 PM Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the LaPaz Commons on Troyer Street in LaPaz about a residential entry. Arriving on scene deputies located 20-year-old Fernando Ramirez of East Jefferson Street in Plymouth inside the residence.
Chicago Man Arrested for OWI on US-30
A Chicago man was arrested on the highway in relation to driving under the influence of alcohol. Around 7:00 p.m. on June 22nd, Marshall County Deputy Geiger made a traffic stop on a 2017 Chevrolet pickup truck. The truck was on US 30, near Elm Road, and had been pulled over for traffic infractions.
