Martha Shares Her Secret to Glowing Skin in Viral 'Get Ready With Me' Video

But during a recent viral 'get ready with me' video posted to her Instagram, Martha shared her biggest secret to glowing skin—drinking her daily green juice.

In the bare-faced video, Martha walked fans through her makeup routine while sharing anecdotes about her childhood, career, and—of course—her wellness routine. "I grow all the greens for my green juice, which I drink every single day. Thus, good skin," she says in the post.

Martha starts every morning off with a 5 a.m. wake-up call followed by a glass of her green juice—a ritual she's maintained for decades. While the recipe varies based on what's growing in her garden, the juice typically features an array of immune-boosting vegetables, like celery and cucumbers, fruits, fresh herbs, and ginger.

Her passion for maintaining glowing skin started at a young age. “I actually started modeling when I was a very young girl, she shares in the video. "Fifteen dollars an hour which was a lot better than the 50 cents I was making as a babysitter.”

While her routine has morphed over the years, one thing Martha has always touted is the natural beauty that's achieved through a balanced, healthy lifestyle. That said, our founder doesn't shy away from a good glam routine. In the video, she completes her five-minute makeup look with a swipe of mascara and lipgloss. "I love mascara. I have nice long eyelashes and I like to show them off," she says.
