Relief from the humidity arrives behind cold front
A cold front has moved through the Valley and that'll bring some much needed relief from the uncomfortable humidity. As the upper level portion of this system moves through, we could see a shower or storm this afternoon, but most will stay dry. As high pressure builds in behind this front Friday, we'll see plenty of sunshine and hold onto this refreshing feel. This high dominates our forecast into the weekend too with more sun and comfy conditions. The wind does turn back around from the south though late in the weekend and that starts to boost our temps back up. The one plus is it'll take some time to tap back into the humidity.

Ahead of a cold front, an isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible this afternoon, but don't bank on a good chance of rain. Highs will reach the mid-80s. Toward evening, we'll see gradual clearing and falling humidity levels behind the front.
