SEWALL'S POINT, Fla. (CBS12) — A Stuart woman is accused of DUI manslaughter after a deadly hit-and-run that happened shortly before 7 a.m. on a Martin County bridge. In addition to the manslaughter count, the Martin County Sheriff's Office confirmed Elise Elder was also booked for leaving the scene of a crash involving death.
