If you're on the hunt for authentic Chinese cuisine that hits the spot, Ming's Asian Bistro is a must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of dining here and was blown away by the dry-fried beef ho fun. The wok hei flavor was unmistakable, and it was refreshingly non-greasy. The Peking duck also caught my attention with its generous serving and succulent meat, although I did wish for a crispier skin.

The buzz among fellow food lovers is that this place is a hidden gem in Kentlands, and I couldn't agree more. The large plate chicken with homemade wide noodles, lamb kabobs, and fish fillet come highly recommended, and I've heard nothing but praise for the freshness and authenticity of the dishes. The noodles, in particular, have been lauded as the best around, and I'm eager to try more of their offerings, like the Nanjing pork tripe noodles and the mixed vegetarian cold dish on my next visit.

While there was a mention of a less-than-stellar experience with the pork lo mein and a mix-up with a chicken dish, my interaction with the staff was nothing but positive. The lady boss made an impression with her warm hospitality, and I'm looking forward to returning to Ming's Asian Bistro for another round of their delightful brunch offerings. It's a place where the food speaks for itself, and I can't wait to dive deeper into their menu.
