Sodbusters battle back from 4-run deficit to beat Moo
HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Hastings Sodbusters hosted their second home game of their current series with the Fremont Moo on Wednesday. After going down 4-0, the Sodbusters scored three runs in the bottom of the second to trim the deficit to one. Mason City Homecoming will take place this Weekend
MASON CITY- Mason City Homecoming begins Friday and ends Sunday evening. On Friday, July 19, the celebration starts off with a hometown meal at the community building. Then there is an ice cream social at the First Baptist Church at 6 p.m with homemade ice cream from John Kohls. At 6:30 turtle races and kids games will start on Main Street, followed by a cake walk. The cornhole tournament starts at 7:30 on Main Street. From 9:30 to 11:30 is the Teen Dance, which costs $3 per person and $5 per couple.
