Over a two-year period, six eye doctors in the Mount Washington Valley retired, leaving locals to drive an hour or more for routine eye care. Carolyn Letellier daydreamed about a solution. She had learned about a company called 20/20Now that provided telehealth eye exams, facilitated at local clinics by trained opticians like herself who provide eye exams but are not doctors..
