    it would be nice if there were more studios for Seniors, that's all a lot of us only need.

    Yes!! Definitely need more accessible housing units. Right now I am living in an apartment unit on the 2nd flr in a complex built in 1968. It is grandfathered in from having to provide handicap accessibility. I have M.S and use both a walker and cane. Right now I can navigate the 10 stairs from entry to 2nd flr landing, but M.S is progressive and unpredictable. I might be okay for a month or a year. I would have to move if the M.S progresses to the point when I can no longer navigate the stairs.
