I have a friend, her son lives in Chicopee housing. He is disabled. His home care nurse as well as his mom gave been complaining for almost a year. There are two sets of neighbors who constantly make noise, bang on pipes, argue,etc. Nothing has been done. She had to get a bigger apartment and take her son out if that environment. The poor lady was going to retire next month. Now she has to pay almost triple of the rent she was paying. It seems as long as the state gets their money back they care not.
