Police: Northville man crashed boat, left scene
A Fulton County man is accused of leaving the scene of a boat crash that injured a person. John A. Carstens, 71, of Northville, allegedly crashed into another vessel on Sacandaga Lake on July 5 around 4:40 p.m. State Police said.
