Shenandoah Man Wanted for Aluminum Theft from Former Employer in Ringtown
An arrest warrant has been issued for a Shenandoah resident for allegedly stealing from his former employer in Ringtown. According to court documents filed by Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Nicholas Reese, 48-year-old Dennis Bugden, of Shenandoah, has been charged with burglary, theft of secondary metal, and criminal trespass following an incident on May 4, 2024.

Victaulic, a leading producer of grooved mechanical pipe joining and flow control systems, will construct a 150,000-square-foot addition to its Lawrenceville foundry to accommodate new molding lines, melt furnaces, core machines, and automated finishing and paint equipment to help produce larger scale products.
