Wheeling Men’s Basketball Earns NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, Three Named to NABC Honors Court
Wheeling, W. Va. - As the summer months roll on, the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced their annual academic awards. The Wheeling University Men's Basketball team earned the Team Academic Excellence Award while three players earned a spot on the 2023-2024 NABC Honors Court. It is the third year in a row that the Cardinals had players finish on the Honors Court and the first time since Head Coach Chris Richardson has been with the program that they have earned the Team Award.
