Raise the Wage Oklahoma turned in nearly twice as many signatures as needed to qualify State Question 832 to appear on a ballot, the group reported this week. They had 90 days to gather 92,263 signatures from registered Oklahoma voters, and say they ended up getting about 180,000. Tulsa Police say a man already charged with raping a 15-year-old girl at knifepoint has now been charged with raping two other 15-year-old girls. Investigators say Yander Ramirez was driving around town drinking in March and forced the victim to get in his car, then gave her beer and a vape pen.
