Rochester City Council okays natural landscape installations
ROCHESTER, Minn. – The City of Rochester has adjusted its Tall Grass and Weeds Ordinance to allow private owners to install and maintain natural landscapes and characterizes them as planned, intentional and maintained landscapes.
