Initial Narrative: While on stationary patrol, a white truck failed to stop for the red light at North Bridge Street and Riverside Street. The driver was issued a traffic citation for Red Light with a non-mandatory appearance at the Chillicothe Municipal Court on August 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM.

Man charged with attempted murder after stabbing in Mingo County, troopers say
MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man has been charged Tuesday with attempted murder in a stabbing investigation in Mingo County, troopers said. Aaron Mahon, 25, of Delbarton is accused of stabbing Kenneth Ooten, 33, of Delbarton during a physical altercation overnight, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police.
