At 1:05 a.m., officers observed a white truck, identified by its license plate MI/EJD8387, failing to stop for a red light at North Bridge Street and Riverside Street. VINTON COUNTY, Ohio — On Monday evening, a 12-year-old boy from McArthur was injured in a collision involving his bicycle and a minivan.
