I live in Elk Grove. I have heard while shopping. Low income for very low income and subdized and homeless facilities. will depreciate the properties values of Elk Grove. The problem is they don't want it in their city. All money for helping homeless were used for other than have a facility or park. They only include middle to upper middle class. I don't like being shuned by city council. I'm very low income at 1200 a month. their is no where to move
