BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Maryland family received a special 4th of July gift this year as Alberta Russell celebrated her remarkable 100th birthday. Surrounded by three generations of her family, along with close friends, Alberta marked this significant milestone in her life. She was born in Philadelphia and grew up in New York before moving to Florida and finally settling in Baltimore to be near her loved ones.
