Cortland Man Arrested After Intentionally Damaging Property, Prevented Person From Calling 9-1-1
Around 3am on Sunday, July 7th, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address in the Town of Cortlandville for a reported disturbance.
